CHANGES TO BRANCH SURGERY AT ASHFIELD ROAD

The lease to the Branch Practice at Ashfield Road is up at the end of this year. We are not looking to renew the lease. As part of the application to close the surgery, we are holding two patient engagement sessions. This allows patients the opportunity to discuss any concerns they have regarding the closure of our Branch Practice.

 The patient engagement sessions will be held at Ashfield Road Surgery on Friday 30^th May between 11am and 1pm and 17^th June between 4pm and 6pm. Present at the meeting will be representatives of North Celynen Practice and Aneurin Bevan Health Board.
